Changes
-Updated KORE to support live changes to the item data by moving the table's contents to a .json file that can be edited on the fly
-Updated the "Can Use" value of Triscuits to allow users to eat them (apparently you couldn't consume them at all)
-Attempted a clothing shop patch to fix colors for facial hair and other "overlays" for the GTA Online models' head/body (may not work for the civ clothing shop... so far so good though as of 8/31/2020)

Additions
Walk styles (Beta users only):
-Added a button to Animations & Styles that does not work yet
-Added a button to the beta features menu that does work
-The current Walk Style will save on a per-character basis
Facial expressions (Beta users only):
-Added a button to Animations & Styles that does not work yet

Added the initial Postal system version:
-Added the mailbox menu that appears at all mailboxes that will allow users to send items and letters to any box number
-K-Menu option has been added, but the working one is for beta users only)
-Added toggling the future Postal System Menu options on/off in the K menu settings
Other Additions:
-Added the ability for staff to use the player list in order to pick a user's job if the user doesn't have a whitelisted one already
-Added new items to KORE (mainly for my illusive Car Chopping V2 idea)
-Added vending machines
