Creative Life RP

FiveM Platform - Official Rules

We now have a new set of rules designed to make CLRP more fun:

  1. You must abide by all general CLRP community rules, see “Rules by Category” below for a button that takes you to that page.

  2. Please don’t go in the military base or the prison. You may visit the prison in the visitor’s lobby.

  3. Please RP every single scene. If it goes haywire against the rules, just report it to staff and ignore the flaw.

  4. Don’t randomly stroll up to a scene and expect to be part of it if it’s clearly not meant for you. This includes harassing the cops because your buddy is detained or getting arrested. We want you to make friends and have fun, but sometimes, you just need to keep your distance and stay out of trouble.

  5. Please don’t log off if you “lose”. You may “win” in the next scene.

  6. Nobody in life is a winner all the time, so don’t be a winner every time either. Share some loss with the rest of us.

  7. If you are genuinely trying to RP as a mass killer, and police are able to track you down, please contact staff informing them of your intentions before proceeding. Nobody wants to be randomly shot just because there’s a troll in the lobby. We want to phase out the mentality of every random killing = RDM when a bigger plot might be brewing that has police involvement and actual depth in each of the following scenes, which may include bringing the killer to justice.

  8. If you run somebody over as a form of vehicular manslaughter (attempted or actual), please make sure there is enough evidence for police to eventually find you. Getting banned for vehicle deathmatch (VDM) longer a thing unless you are found to be trolling us by staff in a reasonable manner.

  9. Robberies are to be done in a way that is fair to the cops trying to RP with you. You may do whatever you need to do as long as the cops are not overwhelmed and constantly complaining. We are here to have fun, cops should be mature enough to handle a loss. Criminals should be mature enough to go to jail without being upset. We seriously don’t want “stand-off” mentality where neither party is willing to budge, so don’t be like that- take initiative and make stuff happen, regardless of which side you’re on.

  10. All limits imposed by the server, such as minimum cop count for robberies, are here to stay. You may file a support ticket with our staff team to discuss exemptions or changes.

  11. Crew & hostage limits during a robbery at a given location:

    • Your crew cannot exceed “X number of on-duty cops minus one”. For example, if there are five cops online, you may only have four people in your crew. Utilize our player list (Press ‘Z’ -> Select ‘View Exclusive Jobs Employee Count’) to obtain the current cop count.

    • Regardless of the number of cops, the maximum crew size is 6 people. In real life, police outnumber the criminal party. This also ensures the advantages are equal, because a criminal can do anything and police are only able to react. If a corrupt cop is present, you may have 1 additional person regardless of your current crew count- ask staff before doing anything.

    • You may choose between outside help or a hostage when there are six to nine cops on duty. If there are ten or more cops on duty, you may use both outside help and a hostage. Outside help is defined as not being inside the interior used for the robbery. A hostage is defined as a person you previously brought to the location against their will and without bribes.

    • Outside help is limited to one person until there are seven or more cops on duty, at which point you may have two outside helpers.

    • The hostage cannot be the same person you took in your previous job, and you should avoid taking the same player hostage repeatedly.

    • No inside jobs with hostages are allowed, meaning the hostage cannot be a known accomplice.

  12. Anyone caught “stream-sniping” or using information not obtained via in-game means cannot use it to their advantage in-game. For example, checking a cop’s stream to see if they are responding to your robbery is fine, so long as you are not making plans to counter their police tactics. Another example: If you are just trying to run into somebody by driving around in the same area, we generally allow that. Please refrain from out of game communication. We have radios and texting in-game.

  13. In compliance with our general CLRP community rules, please refrain from using racial/sexist/homophobic/etc. slurs that may result in getting banned off of popular platforms such as Twitch. You never know who you’re talking to, if they’re streaming, recording, etc.

  14. Safe zones are any place containing scripts that inhibit a player’s ability to react to sudden attacks. These places include, but are not limited to: clothing stores, auto shops, item stores not being used for a robbery, banks not being used for a robbery, etc. If you are unsure, ask a staff member. Any business owner can publicly declare their business a safe zone. Police stations do not tolerate crime unless a staff-approved corrupt cop scene is taking place.

  15. Please do not rob stores owned by your other characters. We will permit “inside jobs” as long as staff has approved it. Staff may only approve it if an investigation, with plenty of evidence, is able to be launched.

  16. Please make sure that bank and store robberies have a reasonable getaway vehicle. You should not use your personal vehicles or anything crazy fast. Our police team should have a fair chance with normal cruisers and shouldn’t only have to drive supercars or anything crazy.

  17. GTA physics are not realistic. Only do things that are possible in real life, otherwise you need to roleplay the outcome realistically, such as driving off a cliff- you would probably die or barely crawl out alive.

  18. Aircrafts should only be flown and landed in realistic spots. Emergency landings are ok if roleplayed properly, which includes only landing on highways or wide open spaces. Legion Square is not a good spot to land or park your plane.

The rules above are in effect as of 8/15/2025 at 2:40 PM EDT. Thank you!
