Changes

-Updated the fuel, seatbelt and light status gauges so that they are now shown on the HUD while driving non-car vehicles (except bicycles)

-Updated car spawning systems to now wait for the player to physically see/load the car before attempting to apply modifications to it

-Fixed vending machines & water dispensers that were not working

-Updated player-owned aircrafts (planes and helicopters) so they are now server-sided and will auto-store if deleted/non-existent

-Fixed hats not being removed from a player when using the Outfit Hub to select an outfit without a hat

-Fixed a configuration issue with the "SAHP Windbreaker" EUP preset

-Updated dealerships to block clocked-in car dealers from buying cars at another dealership

-Fixed the driving theory test not being available to those without a license

-Updated selling cars as a dealer to a target to now block sales if the target has a revoked or banned car license

-Updated boat rentals and car rentals to now spawn as server-sided vehicles

-Fixed the refueling with delayed/bypassed payment exploit

-Fixed shooting/pulling a gun out with hands up

-Fixed duplicate property menu options from showing if a property owner gives out "keys" twice to someone's character

-Fixed the Dodo's engine turning off when landing on water so it does not do that anymore

-Updated planes and helicopters spawning to now require a license

-Updated the scuba diving location and the boat refueling location in Paleto Bay to now be at the dock north west of postal code 3001

-Fixed the handling on a rare Dodge Charger that has been unused since (around) 2019. this car will be also returning to the car market via PDM

-Fixed god Mode, which is a function only available to Kale

Additions

-Added boat refueling stations back

-Added a system that is designed to tell all scripts with logs what the server name is

-Added Paleto Bay Airport

-Added money tracking logs for when a player picks a character and when a player leaves so that it shows all the money on a character

Removals

-Removed old Liberty City hospital respawn locations that are non-existent now

-Removed the boat dealership, boat docks (garages for boats), boat dealer management circle, and staff tool to edit the boat dealership

-Removed interiors for a custom clothing shop, Redline mech shop, Redline showroom, and the Korean Noodle House

-Removed the fishing spots on the beach of Paleto Bay because of the new airport there
