-Updated the Mile High Club Redux resource to version 1.4.5, which makes it a more enjoyable resource for us all

Hotfix
-Patched a payout exploit with the airline job that allowed a player to get duplicate payouts for a single flight
-Updated the required cops for store and bank robberies to 1 and 2 respectively

-Removed the ability to rob unowned stores (this will encourage store ownership and deeper RP for each robbery)

It took me almost 2 months to make this, hope it's worth the wait! We haven't seen an 2-part update log since V1.2.5!
