As our community grows, it is our top priority to carefully hand-pick our staff team based on multiple factors. We seek those that can handle being under pressure and still make rational decisions in a professional manner. At the end of the day, ‘actually making a difference’ is far more important than ‘being capable’. Concepts of a plan just won’t cut it.
