Changes

-Fixed global cooldown for stores not working

-Updated banks to use the same global cooldown timer based on the fixed global store cooldown timer

-Updated player list for normal users- Message and Report are now under the FiveM & Character Name listings in the player list (easier to find now)

-Fixed zip-ties not being removed automatically at the hospital after respawning

-Updated the location of the main mechanic garage (looks the same but it's a drive-in MLO ; no TPing required)

-Tweaked menu header names for various K Menu staff tools

-Fixed the loss of control glitch caused by F1 and F2 being pressed at once (the phone and inventory now cancel out the other automatically to prevent losing control of the game)

Additions

-Added video calling on phones

-Brought back locking doors for PD with a new system & added support for Pillbox Medical

-Added name changing tool to the player list (for staff use)

-Added sex menu & proper stripper pole dancing at the push of a button

-Added traps (initial base code based on banks ; adding more than the only 2 spots already implemented is a work in progress ; global cooldown works like the fixed bank & store systems.)

-Added new interiors
