Build 2 - September 11th, 2021

This version of the server has a Build 2 variant (September 11th, 2021) that attempted to do stuff related to improving server performance. I don't remember the specifics for what I changed. -Kale

-Updated the Info menu to include up-to-date information in the Keybinds, Commands, and New Player FAQ sections

-Updated car chopping to now track user cool-downs even after disconnecting

-Updated car chopping payouts & changed the limit to 8 before a 30 minute cool-down is enabled

-Updated the spawn for new players & new characters- it's now located at a hotel near the car rentals

-Updated the property listing menu to now sort by price instead of garage slots

-Fixed an unmarked cop car's lights

-Updated the MRPD armory location to now be in the correct room

-Improved Prison System

More job sites, Prison Speed Run Challenge (Complete all jobs to cut time in half), Randomized good behavior system (Chance to get out after half of your original time is served), Sped up prison jobs, Prison outfits for MP male & MP female

-Fixed/Reworked Breathalyzer & drunk effect to work together and to work with OneSync

-Fixed GSR tests to work with OneSync

-Tweaked the car thief activity's alert notification's display time for cops

-Added SOA Clubhouse locks, clothing, motorcycles & trespasser's warning pop-up for civs

-Added automatic traffic density randomization

-Added property search warrant system for police

-Added dumpster diving activity
